Hi there! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I have significant and intensive experience working with children and adolescents. My journey in social work began with a passion for helping children and teens heal from trauma and enhance their skills to better cope with the stressors of everyday life. My focus is on children (ages 10 and older) and adolescents. Childhood and adolescence is a time of significant change and social/emotional development in life. In my work with children and adolescents, I help them navigate that path by building skills to establish a strong sense of self that will guide them through any struggles they encounter into and throughout adulthood. I particularly enjoy working with children and teens who are more highly sensitive in their temperament. Whether your child is struggling with depression, anxiety, self esteem, school-related stress, peer relationships, family conflict, or behavioral issues, I am here to help.
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based treatment approach that combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with trauma-sensitive interventions. TF-CBT focuses on addressing the emotional and behavioral difficulties that arise from traumatic experiences, fostering resilience, and promoting recovery. As a rostered clinician in TF-CBT, I have advanced training and skills in implementing this powerful therapeutic modality. I am also trained in Modular Approach to Therapy for Children who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma. I provide therapy sessions tailored to focus on building coping skills, enhancing self-esteem, and promoting positive behaviors. I understand that each individual is unique and requires a personalized treatment plan that meets their specific needs.
On a personal note, I am a native Charlottean and love the Queen City. In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga, traveling or spending time with my family, friends and my cat! I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Auburn University and my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Winthrop University in 2021.

- $155- Individual Intake (first appointment)
- $140- Follow up 53-60 minute appointments
- $125- Follow up 45-52 minute appointments
