I have years of experience helping individual adults and couples navigate challenging times. My approach is warm and collaborative, grounded in clinical expertise and informed by life perspective. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other trauma-informed methods to help you gain awareness, ease anxiety, and create meaningful change. Whether you’re addressing relationship stress, mood concerns, or the challenges of focus and attention difficulties, I collaborate with you to apply evidence-based strategies. Together, we strengthen your skills, build confidence, and support lasting progress.
I received my MSW from UNC-Charlotte, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina. I enjoy spending time with my husband, outdoor activities and traveling, all things that bring balance to my life. I look forward to learning about your values and helping you find paths toward positive change.
I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Medcost and Cigna/Evernorth. I also accept insurance for patients who have out of network benefits with other insurances.
