Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy

Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, a person is afforded an opportunity to explore current and/or past difficulties. Often, people are looking for a safe place to be coached in life transitions, find more meaning, gain clarity, receive validation, or understand themselves and others more. We work with both children (ages 7 and older) and adults in individual therapy and tailor our work to meet your specific goals.

Couples Therapy

In couples therapy, two individuals work toward the common goal of healing their relationship and finding a more intimate connection with one another. There are many issues that couples face that can be successfully managed in a supportive environment where a therapist is able to help with communication. These sessions can help to restore trust, understanding, communication, respect and connection.

Family Therapy

In family therapy, families can address the challenges they face in a setting that affords them calm, support and validation.  Whether it is working on parenting challenges or creating a new dynamic in the family, family therapy can play a vital role in your life’s journey.  Many families face stress due to moving, health issues, personality differences, divorce, loss, or finances.
